The fence above and below was stripped, washed,
and stained with a professional grade penetrating oil based
stain.

We replaced lots of rotten deck boards, rails,
and corner posts. We added new skirt (not shown in picture) and
supported underside of deck raising it to original height, and
painted all the wrought iron inserts.
We cleaned and applied a solid color deck stain to provide years
of beauty and durability.
